This is one of the few cool things Alabama has done. They also if I remember correctly adopted anti-agenda 21 legislation not too long ago either. Basically the Alabama Supreme Court says that unborn children are children and deserve the legal protections that we who have birthdays do.

Now that’s awesome, and hopeful. The only thing protecting abortion in the SCOTUS is the mootness rule which they waived to make the ruling and then they made a ruling for which mootness could no longer be waived.
This was a very cool article but we still have a long way to go before getting anything overturned.
