It has been almost a month since I posted a blog. Over a month since I wrote a blog. Things have picked up in the area of being busy. I was promoted in the John Birch Society to local chapter leader instead of secretary. I am getting enough hours of work again and I spend a lot of time researching various topics, mostly on health related issues. I am trying to get away from as much of the chemical family of tetrasodium as I can because it leaches magnesium and calcium out of the body. God is leading me to all of the information beyond a shadow of a doubt. Answering my prayers of healing by providing me with the knowledge and strength on what needs to be done.
I also replaced my nightly benadryl with a magnesium supplement as did my mother and our blood pressure is getting much better as is our allergy problems. Benadryl also causes magnesium deficiency. My mother’s blood pressure has not been this good in over 7 years. We have been suffering severely from a magnesium deficiency. From my research I have learned 80% of Americans are suffering from a magnesium deficiency. Most of the chemicals that are in everything are causing nutritional deficiencies. Amazingly enough that is why we see so many americans overeating and becoming obese. Their bodies are craving nutrients but because of the chemical preservatives in the food supply any nutrients they are getting are just being inhibited and flushing out of the body.
A lack of magnesium can even cause depression and lethargy. I know when I skip my magnesium supplements I become very lethargic. I have been on them for about a month and I am seeing lots of improvements. Of course there are other issues with emotional eaters that can be fixed if they truly want to seek help for their problems. A great book to help deal with childhood trauma and that feeling of being broken is “Broken Children Grown Up Pain” by Paul Hegstrom Ph.D. It is a wonderful book that I highly recommend. The obesity problem is 50 percent nutritional deficiency, 50 percent mental/emotional the way I figure it. Most people only see how one area plays into it sadly.
If we are arrested in development then we can develop other physical health conditions that are far ranging like obesity, seriously underweight, high blood pressure, and many other issues. When the body is under so much stress, it can cause natural nutritional deficiencies that are not directly related to chemicals in our environments. All of these things work together. When we become arrested in our development we fail to mature and then we develop nutritional deficiencies because of our hormones going crazy. The lifestyle of a person arrested in development is not just spiritually unhealthy, it is physically unhealthy too. Our body and spirit works very closely with one another on a level that is mind blowing.
Amazingly when most people think of nutritional deficiencies, they think of starving third world living skeletons. It does happen in industrialized nations too. When non-nutritious food is plentiful and even nutritious food is plentiful but chemicals that are transdermal are being applied to the skin breaking through the skin barrier and being absorbed into the bloodstream to neutralize the effects of the little nutrition out there, the food and waste being put in the body turns to fat.
Tetrasodium Pryophosphate is a transdermal chemical that destroys calcium and magnesium. It is in most soaps, beauty products and even toothpaste. It has several names it goes by but most call it Tetrasodium. That is why that creepy cousin who never brushes his teeth does not have a cavity in his head, while you who were brushing religiously have rotted teeth. (Yes, we have someone like that in our family) There are good alternatives out there like Toms of Maine toothpaste fluoride free, Dr. Bronner’s soaps, and many Bert’s Bee’s products are free of tetrasodium. I am not a medical doctor and cannot legally dispense medical advice. I am only sharing the information I have learned through research and God’s grace.
I do recommend reading “The Magnesium Miracle” by Dr. Carolyn Dean. It is a very helpful and educational book. Especially if you are looking to get healthy and lose weight.
Another interesting thing is many pharmaceuticals are designed to inhibit nutrients. A beta blocker for example inhibits calcium because increased calcium levels without enough magnesium will cause high blood pressure. That is why beta blockers help cause osteoporosis and you hear about all of the nasty side effects to other pharmaceuticals. Magnesium is involved in over 300 metabolic functions. Birth control chemicals destroy all magnesium in a persons body and inhibits any magnesium going into the body to cause the hormones that enable pregnancy to shut off. That is why when people get on birth control pills or depo shots they tend to gain a lot of weight and experience other health conditions. It is the lack of magnesium causing the weight gain and other health problems. That is why women who have taken birth control for many years tend to be at higher risk for breast cancer, osteoporosis, heart attack, stroke, and high blood pressure, etc., etc., etc.. Maintaining proper magnesium levels will prevent diseases like that from happening.
There are women who are on birth control who remain thin, but they are starving themselves and exercising a lot to prevent the weight gain. They are struggling with maintaining. I have an Aunt with a serious magnesium deficiency who is thin. She is crazy about not wanting to get fat like the other half of our family. She is skinny but she never eats enough to be healthy or full and she is always exercising. If she does not eat anorexic portions and exercise the way she does she gets fat. So please don’t rule out all of this stuff because you see skinny people on the pill. There is more going on in the skinny people on the pill than meets the eye.
I admit I had become hooked on soda again and gained a lot of weight back. I am off the soda for good and get nauseated at the very thought of drinking one now. Even when I lost all of that weight I still enjoyed having a soda for desert every once in a while which was why I was able to get hooked again. Not this time! God has taken away my desire for it completely. It makes me sick thinking about soda now. God has educated me about the true danger of this product.
On top of the obvious caffeine consumption that causes the body to expel magnesium. (This is why people with high caffeine diets have high blood pressure and we see reports of energy drinks killing people.) Soda is filled with chemical phosphates that deplete magnesium and other essential nutrients. Small amounts of natural phosphates are good but only in small amounts and are found mostly in meat and dairy products. Too much meat and dairy can still give you way too many phosphates that cause problems. They are still nothing to the chemical phosphates in sodas. I could go on all day about magnesium deficiency but I don’t need too. I do encourage you all to do some research on this subject and share what you learn with other people.
An important side note: Taking calcium supplements without magnesium does nothing except harm the body. The calcium needs the magnesium to work right. So please do your research or consult a trained naturopath before getting on any supplements.
I also read through a fictional trilogy book set last month called “The Hunger Games”. I received the books as a birthday present. They were very gloomy and very intriguing. I have a lot of commentary I could give on them but I do not have time today. I will try to make a post about that soon.
It snowed again yesterday. We had some snow a while back when Brutus hit last month but it did not stick around too long and it has been dry ever since, until yesterday that is. This morning it was about -5 degrees outside. Burrr!!! I am enjoying the snow and cold weather. My wife and I are wearing our matching flannel PJ’s today since we are stuck in the house. I ordered them online and they arrived in the mail yesterday.
Also I acquired a new belt so now I look like a proper human being instead of walking around having to pull up my pants to avoid the inner city thug look. I wear through belts quite a bit sadly enough. Things are getting better over all. Stephanie is going in early January to have some test run on her heart and the leg that has the blood clot. We are confident we will have good news. We look forward to when she doesn’t have to take pharmakeia blood thinner anymore. At the very least we are hoping to switch to lovanox because it is healthier for Junior and also we can get pregnant on lovanox. I would prefer waiting until she is healed but that is the only way the doctors will consider switching her to lovanox. So many people have been praying for her and we ask that you all keep praying. I am sure we are going to see more miracles and blessings. I thank you all for your support. This blogging ministry now has 132 subscribers, which is also amazing. I feel bad that I have not written much this last month. God has blessed me with this ministry and I put it all in his hands. All thanks and praise be to God for that.
